Internal Auditor
Introduction

Location: Agbara, Ogun State.
Job Summary:
- Responsible for controlling the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- H.N.D/BSc. in Accounting from a reputable institution
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Auditor.
- Candidate must posses relevant certifications
- Proficient in all Microsoft Applications.
- Good organization and analytical skills

Marketing Executive

LOCATION: AGBARA
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB ROLE:
Responsible for actively pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining relationships with current clients as well as building and maintaining relationships with new clients.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Conducting market research to generate leads, identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Negotiating/closing deals and handle objections
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
- Developing sales strategies to achieving monthly sales targets.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Preparing and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services as required.
- Managing the sales process through the ERP software programs.
- Building and maintaining a CRM database.
- Creating frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensuring the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participating on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Collaborating with team members to achieve better results
- Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Minimum of HND/BSc in Marketing or related fields
- Previous experience as a Sales/Marketing Executive or relevant role
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service, phone and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics

Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety, social and environmental laws,statutory provisions, procedures, guidelines and specifications and to provide advice on measures needed to minimize hazards or unhealthy situations in the organization.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Preparing and updating health, safety, social and environmental management plans, reviewing them on a regular basis and keep them up to date at all times.
- Advising and instructing all staff, contractors, consultants and other stakeholders on various safety, health, social and environmental related matters regarding project implementation.
- Ensuring awareness on health and safety issues among project staff, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders and within the organization.
- Conducting risk assessment and enforcing preventative measures on HSSE.
- Initiating, organizing and conducting HSSE training for all staff, contractors, consultants and other stakeholders.
- Inspecting work sites and the work of personnel on a regular basis to identify issues or non-conformity, and enforcing necessary actions where unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy are detected.
- Overseeing installations, maintenance and disposal of substances, plant and equipment etc. to ensure they are done in conformity with applicable laws and industry best practice...etc.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of H.N.D/BSc. from a reputable institution
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a HSE Officer.
- Proven experience as a HSE Officer in a Steel company will be an added advantage
- Candidates must posses relevant certifications

Information Systems Manager
- Periodic review of the companies’ information systems and advise on suitability, security, upgrades, and recommendations on modifications as required.
- Managing the companies’ ERP system: periodic system analysis, program development, user training, support and feedback.
